Shipping
Most in-stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS ground deliveries to be delivered. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 4 weeks due to color, style, size, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be contacted if items are back-ordered. Customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order, and require delivery before times indicated, please call or e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. We are not responsible for expedited deliveries not delivered on time.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, be sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 business days of receipt for any reason, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, minus shipping and handling and restocking fee if applicable upon return. ALL merchandise and packages must be returned with all packaging (plastic bags, insert cards, etc.) in original, resalable condition and not to have been used, washed, or damaged in any way. Customer is responsible for return of items to correct return address and accepts responsibility for any packages lost in return. All returns must be shipped directly to seller. Please call seller prior to return for return address and authorization. Returns received used or without original packaging will be returned to the customer. Refunds or credits will be issued within 4 weeks of return.
Exchanges
Most items can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for exchange. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges during exchange. All items received for exchange must be returned in original, resalable condition and not to have been used or washed.
Warranties
All items are warranted for 30 calendar days from date of receipt by customer. Manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment, or damages due to washing of items.
Defects/Claims
Items which are reported defective within 14 calendar days of receipt will be replaced or refunded once verified. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 14 calendar days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of seller or its manufacturers at no charge.
Cancellations

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted. Personal checks will delay order processing up to 10 days to allow for check clearance.
